Year 09 Maths
Subject Overview:
Key Stage 4 Maths begins in Year 9.
Students are set into Higher, Foundation or Functional Skills groups following discussions with parents/guardians at the Parents Evening in Year 8.
All the above courses follow the Edexcel exam board specifications
Year 9 students will receive Maths homework each week. These can consist of online homework, written homework and research or presentation preparation. Occasionally longer pieces of homework are set consisting of practice exam questions.
