During an assembly led by members of our Sixth Form, students reflected on Holocaust Memorial Day.

The assembly began with thought-provoking questions that students were asked to think about during the assembly followed by information regarding the Holocaust and other genocides in the recent past. A powerful video featuring a survivor of Auschwitz shared their first-hand experiences, emphasizing the importance of remembrance and tolerance. Students also watched a moving video log of a school trip to Auschwitz in 2018, where our peers documented their visit to the memorial.

The assembly encouraged everyone to reflect on the past and commit to promoting unity and understanding.
